Affiliate programme terms

1. Joining

The programme is offered by Mineralissima, Kalkovenweg 50B, 2401 LK Alphen aan den Rijn, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 34283757. Joining is free and open to partners aged 18 or over who publish relevant original content. We review each application personally. Participation begins after written approval and acceptance of the final terms. Applying does not guarantee admission, free products, a fixed fee or earnings.

2. Commission

You earn 10% of the paid net product value of eligible consumer orders attributed to your personal affiliate link. Existing shop discounts are deducted; VAT, shipping and other non-product charges are excluded. For example, €50 of eligible net product value earns €5 commission. The programme provides no additional customer discount. Commission excludes any VAT legally due on the partner’s services.

3. Tracking

The cookie window is 30 days. Commission is earned only on eligible orders attributed to your personal affiliate link through tracking. A click alone earns no commission. Consent choices, browser settings and switching devices may prevent tracking. You can report a suspected error for review against available records. There is no lifetime attribution or automatic commission on all future purchases.

4. Excluded orders

B2B orders, orders from existing wholesale customers, your own purchases and fraudulent orders are excluded. Business and wholesale customers receive no affiliate discount. Cancelled, unpaid and fully returned orders earn no commission. For partial returns or refunds, only the eligible retained product value counts. Purchases of gift vouchers do not earn commission.

5. Payouts

Commission remains provisional until the order is paid and delivered, at least 45 days have passed since delivery, the applicable return period has ended and any returns, payment disputes or checks are resolved. Agreed arrangement: monthly payouts in euros from €25 approved commission, within 30 days of month end and receipt of correct payment details and any required invoice. Smaller balances carry forward. Payouts are available via PayPal or bank transfer. Any charges will be explained beforehand; no undisclosed fees will be deducted. You are responsible for your own tax obligations.

6. Adjustments

Returns and chargebacks may reduce or cancel the affected commission. An overpayment may be offset against future commission or reclaimed after an itemised explanation. Only the affected amount is adjusted. Please report discrepancies within 30 days where possible; this does not remove statutory rights.

7. Clear advertising

Publish original, honest content and disclose the commercial relationship prominently, in your audience’s language, before they engage with the promotion. For example, use ‘Ad for Mineralissima’ and explain that you earn commission through the link. ‘Affiliate’ alone is insufficient where it leaves the advertising unclear. Also use the platform’s advertising label. Follow applicable local advertising and privacy rules. Unsupported medical claims, misleading promises, invented reviews and filters that distort the demonstrated product result are prohibited.

8. Promotion and brand use

Approved Mineralissima images and names may be used for your partner content. Keep packaging and logos accurate and do not impersonate Mineralissima. Paid advertising on our brand name or variations, voucher or cashback sites, subaffiliates and resale of promotional material require prior written permission. Spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading redirects and unlawful collection of customer data are prohibited. You retain rights to your own content; reuse by Mineralissima requires a separate agreement.

9. Changes and ending participation

You may leave at any time by contacting us. Mineralissima may end participation with 14 days’ notice; proven fraud or serious breaches may result in immediate suspension or termination. Valid earned commission is not forfeited for this reason. Once pending orders are final, the closing balance is paid even below €25, within 30 days after checks are completed and necessary details are received. Material changes require at least 30 days’ notice and will not change already earned commission retrospectively.

10. Data, contact and agreement

Dashboard information is for your own partner account; do not share customer data. Mineralissima processes application, tracking and payment information to administer the programme.
